Accreditation is an assessment of higher education quality conducted by Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT). BAN-PT itself is the only body that has the authority from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia to conduct higher education quality assessments. BAN-PT has the duty to assist the Minister of National Education in carrying out one of its obligations, namely to evaluate the quality of tertiary institutions, which includes State, Service, Religious and Private Universities.

In 2022 the Agribusiness Study Program succeeded in obtaining an Accreditation rating of A with a value of 371, which is valid for 5 years from 2 August 2022 to 2 August 2027.
